Atrium Health Pineville Patient Tower Expansion

A brand-new patient tower and 7-level parking deck is being added to Atrium Health Pineville. Precision Plumbing was chosen for this project because of our experience level with design assist, healthcare renovations, healthcare ground-up facilities, and our long working relationship with Atrium. As the tower is an expansion of the current buildings, a series of scheduled shutdowns are required to integrate new and existing hospital services. The tower will provide an additional 38 patient beds, while the parking deck will have 775 parking spaces to serve the growing populace.
