The Barclay at Southpark

A brand-new high-end retirement community is coming to Southpark. This community will be comprised of two 8-story towers, only a block from SouthPark Mall. Precision Plumbing was chosen for this project due to our large new construction experience, BIM capabilities, and pre-fabrication capabilities. This facility offers assisted living and long-term medical care for its residents. As each person is unique, The Barclay offers over 40 different floor plans, all featuring abundant natural lighting.
