A brand new 24-floor building is being built across from Bank of America Stadium. This building will have 14 levels of parking, 10 floors of Class A office space, and the first floor will be available for retail space. Precision Plumbing was chosen for this project due to our reputation and previous work with this team. Honeywell will serve as the anchor tenant. It is estimated that the businesses within this building will provide over 750 jobs by 2024. The parking levels will be available for gameday parking, providing a shorter walk for many football fans.
