December 2020

280 Mt. Gallant Road, Rock Hill, SC 29730

The new Panthers training facility will be across state lines in Rock Hill, S.C. and is going to be the largest and most expensive training facility in the NFL. Set on a 240-acre site off of I-77, the entire mixed-use complex will include a training facility, team headquarters, a 5,000 seat stadium, an advanced medical facility, offices, restaurants, apartments, hotels, retail and outdoor entertainment. Precision Plumbing is working on the 622,654 square foot practice facility where, once complete, the Panthers plan to hold training camp. The indoor training facility will include amenities such as a weight room, locker room and hydrotherapy room.

Precision Plumbing will be installing 600 plumbing fixtures, 10 miles of domestic water piping, 2,000 feet of trench drain and 15 miles of storm and sanitary piping, including 3 miles of underground piping from 2" to 30" in size. The development of this complex, which is being called "The Rock," will bring an economic boost to the area as it will create thousands of jobs. The Rock will open in multiple phases over the course of the next 15 years, with the first phase opening including the team offices, training facilities and a sports medicine center.
