This project consisted of a complete renovation of two communal bathrooms and a private bathroom on each of the 5 floors, along with completely new domestic and sanitary risers for the entire building. As this residence hall was in use during the school year, we had to begin and complete all renovations over the summer. Thanks to our time-management skills, pre-fabrication abilities, and hard work, we were able to complete this very challenging 5 story renovation in 61 days.
