This project relied heavily on meeting scheduled phased goals. School was in session, while the dining hall was being renovated. Therefore, the dining hall had to remain open and be able to serve students. A series of scheduled shut-downs were needed as each section of the building was completely renovated, before moving on to the next section. Our pre-fabrication capabilities and excellent management, allowed for schedules to be met on time.
