PROJECT OVERVIEW
We are performing the full plumbing and medical gas scope for the Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center Main Bed Tower, a large‑scale, ground‑up hospital expansion in Charlotte. Under Job 230045, our team is responsible for all major domestic water, sanitary, storm, grease waste, and medical gas systems throughout the podium and tower. This includes extensive underground piping, multi‑story vertical risers, pressure‑reducing valve stations, and complete fixture installation across patient care and support areas.
In addition to core plumbing systems, we are delivering highly specialized healthcare infrastructure, including full medical gas distribution, alarm systems, dialysis supply and waste assemblies, and decontamination tank installations. The project relies heavily on prefabrication and detailed spool coordination to support quality control and installation efficiency across dozens of floors. With finish installation for the tower targeted for November 2026, this project reflects our capability to execute complex, high‑risk healthcare work at scale while maintaining strict performance and safety standards.
