PROJECT OVERVIEW

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist's Medical Plaza Northwest Greensboro represents a major investment in expanding healthcare access for patients across Greensboro and the surrounding Triad. The five-story, 134,000-square-foot medical campus brings together a broad range of specialty services under one roof, including cardiology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, cancer care, imaging, laboratory services, physical and occupational therapy, and outpatient surgery. Designed to improve convenience and coordination of care, the facility provides patients with access to advanced medical services closer to home.

We were proud to partner with Rodgers Builders and R.J. Leeper Construction on this important healthcare project. Our team provided the plumbing and medical gas systems that support the facility's clinics, treatment areas, imaging spaces, surgical environments, and patient care areas. From behind-the-scenes infrastructure to critical systems that healthcare providers rely on every day, our work helped create a safe, reliable environment for both patients and caregivers.

Projects like Medical Plaza Northwest Greensboro demonstrate how construction can have a lasting impact on a community. By helping deliver a facility that expands access to specialty care, outpatient procedures, cancer treatment, and rehabilitation services, we were honored to contribute to a project that will serve residents throughout the region for years to come. As the campus welcomes patients, it stands as an example of how healthcare infrastructure can improve quality of life while supporting the continued growth and well-being of the communities we serve.
