We’re delivering the full plumbing scope for a large-scale, mission-critical data facility, supporting both the core operational infrastructure and associated administrative spaces. Our work includes the complete installation of domestic water, sanitary waste, and vent systems, along with storm drainage and specialty systems required for high-performance environments. This encompasses a wide range of fixtures and equipment—from restrooms and breakroom utilities to specialized systems like reverse osmosis, water heating, and recirculation—ensuring reliable service across all areas of the facility.

In addition to above-ground systems, we are executing extensive underground infrastructure, including sanitary and domestic water piping, coordinated with building foundations and site development. Our scope also integrates advanced coordination through building information modeling (BIM), system testing, inspections, and commissioning support to meet stringent performance and quality standards. We’re providing owner training, system verification, and close collaboration with third-party commissioning teams to ensure all systems operate as intended in a highly controlled, uptime-critical environment.

From a project delivery standpoint, we’re supporting a fast-paced, multi-phase construction schedule that spans early site work through final commissioning and turnover. Our team is aligning closely with overall project milestones—mobilization, structural progress, system rough-in, equipment installation, and final startup—to maintain schedule integrity. This includes adapting to evolving sequencing, coordinating with other trades, and maintaining flexibility to support phased occupancy and system activation, all while upholding the high standards required for secure, confidential infrastructure projects.
