PROJECT OVERVIEW
We partnered with the project team to deliver a full-scale plumbing installation for the GITI Tire manufacturing facility in Richburg, South Carolina, supporting the construction of a large, multi-building industrial campus from the ground up. Our scope included the installation of complete sanitary waste and vent systems, storm drainage (both underground and above ground), and domestic water distribution throughout the facility. From early underground infrastructure to final above-ground rough-in, we coordinated closely with other trades to keep progress moving across multiple buildings simultaneously.
Our work played a key role in supporting both the day-to-day operations of the plant and the comfort of its workforce. We installed extensive restroom systems across the facility, including water closets, urinals, lavatories, and ADA-compliant fixtures, along with floor drains, cleanouts, and trap primer systems. In addition, we delivered critical infrastructure such as roof drainage systems, sump pumps, and domestic water mains, ensuring reliable performance across all areas of the plant. The project also required flexibility and problem-solving in the field, including coordination with structural and mechanical systems and adjustments to routing and layout as construction progressed.
From underground piping and storm systems to final fixture installation, our team provided a comprehensive plumbing solution tailored to the demands of a large-scale manufacturing environment. The result is a durable, high-performing system that supports both industrial processes and employee spaces—demonstrating our ability to execute complex projects with precision, coordination, and quality at every stage
