PROJECT OVERVIEW
We performed a full-scope plumbing installation for the KSM Castings facility, covering everything from basic fixtures to complex industrial systems. Our work included installing all restroom and employee-area fixtures—such as water closets, urinals, lavatories, showers, and sinks—along with extensive floor, roof, and overflow drainage systems. This ensured the facility had complete sanitary and storm infrastructure suitable for a large manufacturing environment.
Beyond standard plumbing, we installed major utility systems to support plant operations, including domestic water distribution, water heaters, a recirculating system, and a high-capacity setup with a booster pump and a 15,000-gallon storage tank. We also handled gas and compressed air piping, along with connections to owner-furnished equipment, showing integration with production processes. Additionally, our scope included specialized industrial components like sump pumps, oil separation systems, pressure washers, and backflow preventers.
The project also involved extensive piping installation both above and below ground, including PVC waste and vent systems, steel piping for gas and air, and double-wall containment piping for industrial waste. Altogether, this was a large-scale, comprehensive industrial buildout rather than a typical commercial plumbing job.
