PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Legacy Union towers represent a multi-phase, mixed-use development in Uptown Charlotte, where our team delivered plumbing systems across three major high-rise buildings within the same city block.

Spanning Legacy Union I (600 S Tryon), Legacy Union II (650 S Tryon), and Legacy Union III (855 S Mint St), this work included full base-building plumbing systems for Class A office towers, structured parking, and ground-floor retail spaces. Each project required comprehensive infrastructure, including domestic water, sanitary, storm, gas, and specialty systems, along with all fixtures, equipment, and distribution throughout the buildings.

Legacy Union III, the latest phase, introduced a 24-story tower with integrated parking and retail, anchored by a major corporate tenant and designed to support hundreds of jobs in the Charlotte market. Building on our previous success within the development, our team was selected again to deliver the plumbing scope, reinforcing long-standing relationships with both the developer and construction partners.

Beyond initial construction, our involvement across the Legacy Union campus has continued for years through tenant upfits, amenity renovations, and system enhancements. This long-term engagement reflects our ability to support projects from core and shell construction through evolving occupancy and operational needs.

Through close coordination with project teams, advanced BIM integration, and a commitment to quality and performance, we helped deliver the critical infrastructure behind one of Charlotte’s most prominent urban developments.
