PROJECT OVERVIEW
We supported the ongoing renovation and modernization of the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, NC, delivering plumbing solutions across a wide range of spaces and project phases throughout the facility.
Our work extended beyond a single scope, contributing to key areas including the arena’s restaurant, mechanical room, owner’s suite, water loop systems, and the Hornets Players Lounge. This multi-phase involvement required us to adapt to varying project conditions, from early infrastructure upgrades to detailed interior fit-outs, all while maintaining continuity within an active, high-traffic venue.
Our team played a critical role in both upgrading existing systems and integrating new ones to support the arena’s evolving needs. We safely isolated and reconfigured active plumbing infrastructure, executed tie-ins to existing systems, and delivered complete installations for domestic water, sanitary, gas, and specialty systems across each space. By coordinating closely with general contractors and other trades, we helped resolve field conflicts, maintain schedule, and ensure constructability across complex renovation phases.
Our ability to work across diverse project scopes—ranging from back-of-house mechanical systems to high-visibility guest areas—helped create reliable, high-performing infrastructure that supports both daily operations and an elevated fan experience.
