PROJECT OVERVIEW

We supported the development and ongoing renovation of Truist Field (formerly BB&T Ballpark), a 10,000-seat minor league baseball stadium in Uptown Charlotte, by delivering comprehensive plumbing systems across multiple project phases.

Our work spanned the original construction of the ballpark as well as subsequent renovations, including concourse concessions, suite-level amenities, locker rooms, and specialty areas such as bars and hospitality spaces. We provided full plumbing scope—from domestic water, sanitary, and vent systems to storm drainage, fixture installation, and coordination of complex routing within an active stadium environment.

Our team also contributed BIM coordination models to support clash detection and ensure seamless integration with other trades during the initial build.

Across renovation projects, we executed targeted upgrades including bar buildouts, restroom and locker room improvements, and fixture replacements—often tying into existing infrastructure while maintaining operations. This included installation of floor drains, sinks, water heaters, ADA-compliant fixtures, and specialty systems, along with demolition, reconfiguration, and coordination with general contractors and engineers. Our approach emphasized constructability, code compliance, and minimal disruption to stadium activities, delivering reliable, high-performance plumbing systems that support both player facilities and fan-facing amenities.
