Tupelo Honey Cafe

We partnered with Story Construction to deliver a full-service plumbing scope for the Tupelo Honey Café located in the BOA Plaza at 101 S Tryon Street in Charlotte, NC. Our team was responsible for the complete installation of the plumbing systems supporting this high-traffic restaurant environment, coordinating closely with project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with the overall buildout.

Our scope of work included the installation of all core plumbing infrastructure, from domestic water and waste systems to specialty restaurant components. We furnished and installed fixtures such as water closets, lavatories, hand sinks, and floor sinks, along with a grease interceptor and gas water heaters to support kitchen operations. The project also required detailed coordination for tie-ins to existing systems and careful execution of cast iron DWV piping and insulated copper water lines to meet both performance and code requirements.
