We're proud to celebrate the completion of Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist's Medical Plaza Northwest Greensboro, a significant healthcare project that expands access to specialized medical services for patients throughout Greensboro and the surrounding communities.
Located on Horse Pen Creek Road, the new five-story medical campus brings a wide range of healthcare services together in one location, including cardiology, digestive health, orthopedics, cancer care, imaging, laboratory services, physical and occupational therapy, infusion services, and outpatient surgery. The facility was designed to make healthcare more convenient and accessible by allowing patients to receive many of the services they need without traveling between multiple locations.
Precision Plumbing was honored to partner with Rodgers-Leeper and Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist to help bring this project to life. Our team provided the plumbing and medical gas systems that support the building's clinical spaces, treatment areas, diagnostic services, and outpatient surgery environments. From specialty clinics and imaging suites to patient care areas and surgical spaces, our work helped create the infrastructure that caregivers rely on every day to serve their patients.

Healthcare construction presents unique challenges that require close coordination and careful planning. Medical Plaza Northwest Greensboro includes a diverse mix of specialties and treatment spaces, each with its own operational requirements. Our team worked alongside project partners throughout construction to help ensure these critical systems were installed and ready to support the facility's wide range of services.
One of the most impactful features of the development is its outpatient surgery center, which provides additional access to surgical and specialty procedures closer to where patients live and work. The campus also expands access to comprehensive cancer care and treatment services, helping connect patients with advanced resources through Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist's broader healthcare network.
Projects like Medical Plaza Northwest Greensboro demonstrate how construction can directly improve the quality of life within a community. While our work takes place behind the walls and above the ceilings, the systems we install help create environments where physicians can treat patients, families can find answers, and communities can access the care they need close to home.
We're grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a project that will serve Greensboro for years to come and help support the continued growth of healthcare services throughout the region.
