Construction is nearing completion at Market on Morehead, a new restaurant and entertainment destination taking shape along Charlotte’s Rail Trail in the heart of South End. Located at 1001 Morehead Square Drive, the project is a sister concept to the popular Market on Main in Columbia, South Carolina and is designed to serve as a central gathering place for the surrounding neighborhood.

Spanning approximately 10,000 square feet, Market on Morehead features a large open dining area, a double‑sided bar, indoor and outdoor performance stages, and a climate‑controlled patio overlooking both the Rail Trail and the light rail line. The flexible layout allows the space to support everything from everyday dining to live entertainment and large‑scale events, bringing new energy to a rapidly growing area of the city.

We were proud to contribute to this complex restaurant buildout by installing the plumbing infrastructure required to support a high‑capacity commercial kitchen and full‑service dining environment. Our scope included extensive kitchen piping, drains, sinks, and supporting systems essential to daily operations.
