STAYING ONE STEP AHEAD WITH PRE-FABRICATION
Pre-fabrication is one of the many ways we work smarter for our clients and our crews. By planning ahead and building plumbing systems in a controlled shop environment, we’re able to improve accuracy, reduce waste, and keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish. The result is faster installs, cleaner jobsites, and a level of consistency and quality that reflects the pride we take in our work.
It’s all about setting our field teams up for success every day.

CUTTING
Our pre-fabrication process starts with precise pipe cutting based on coordinated models and detailed spool drawings. By cutting everything in-house with state-of-the-art equipment and to exact dimensions, we eliminate field guesswork, reduce material waste, and ensure every piece is right the first time. This controlled shop process allows us to maintain consistent quality across the system and keep installations moving efficiently in the field.

ASSEMBLY
After cutting, pipe is assembled into "spools" in our shop using clearly labeled spool sheets that show exactly how each piece fits together. Our team builds out fittings, valves, and hangers to match the design, completing as much work as possible before it ever reaches the jobsite. This improves safety, speeds up installation, and ensures a consistent level of craftsmanship, with every spool checked for accuracy before it’s sent to the field.

DELIVERY
Once assembled, spools are palletized and organized for delivery to the jobsite. Our delivery teams stage them exactly where they’ll be installed, reducing handling and congestion on site. With pipe already cut, labeled, and partially assembled, crews can install faster and more efficiently—keeping projects clean and on schedule.
