Our Safety Team conducts hands-on training throughout the year to keep our people current and up-to-date on best practices, evolving jobsite risks, and OSHA requirements. From new hire orientation to task-specific training and recurring field refreshers, we ensure every employee is properly trained, confident in their work, and prepared to perform safely in real-world conditions.
FIELD-FRIENDLY SAFETY TOOLS
One of the most unique parts of our program is how quickly our field teams can act. Every team member has an ID badge with a QR code that links to HR and Safety tools designed to make the job easier and safer.
On the safety side, our teams can contact the Safety Department, complete toolbox talks, report near misses/incidents/injuries, access resources (like OSHA references), pull required forms (hot work permits, confined space documentation, inspections), and even order safety signage for delivery to the jobsite.
