Faith-driven service in our community

Our core values don’t stop at 5pm.
We partner with community initiatives that create real change and support for those who need it most.

WE'RE passionate about helping others

Here at Precision Plumbing, we believe work should mean more than just clocking in and earning a paycheck.

That's why our mission statement, "Not just making a living, but making a difference," is something we live every day.

We are deeply committed to giving back, both in our local community and across the globe. We proudly serve as ambassadors for The King's Kitchen, sit on the boards of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Dream Center, Put Tools In Schools, She Built This City, and support the Plumbing Lab at Aspire Trade High School. We also sponsor and employee a member of InReach weekly in our office. Beyond that, we are longtime supporters of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, contribute monthly to Ground 40, help sustain several full-time missionaries, and even sponsor employee teams to take part in mission trips in places like Ecuador, South Africa, Honduras, West Africa, and Haiti.

THE CARING TEAM 2.png

We believe that taking care of our people is just as important as our work. That’s why we created a unique, employee-run program designed to support our team members and give back to the communities we serve.

The Caring Team is funded entirely through the recycling of scrap copper collected from our prefab work and job sites. We collect and recycle this old material, and use those proceeds to directly support the program. It’s our way of turning leftover materials into meaningful help for people who need it most.

Our goal is to make sure no one on our team has to face tough times alone. This program acts as a safety net during difficult times, providing things like:

  • Financial assistance when an employee misses work due to extended illness, injury, or a family crisis

  • Interest-free loans for emergencies (such as a car breaking down and preventing someone from getting to work)

  • Help with unexpected funeral costs for employees or their immediate family members

  • Practical life support like installing a new water heater or financing wheelchair ramps for team members and their families

  • Annual sponsorship of local families for Christmas, providing gifts and holiday support

  • Monthly donations to local nonprofits, including One7, Ground 40, and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes
