BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING
Advanced modeling and real-time collaboration tools foresee every potential headache, ensuring underground utilities to rooftop risers go in right the first time.
Our in-house BIM team (Building Information Modeling) model our major builds before we even break ground—spotting field conflicts with other trades and refining coordination so projects run smoothly.

TRIMBLE OPERATORS
Our Trimble operators play a key role in keeping our projects moving efficiently and accurately. Using our detailed 3D models, they’re able to lay out exact locations for pipe penetrations, sleeves, and hangers before work ever begins in the field. This precision saves valuable time, reduces our rework, and keeps everything aligned with the plan from day one.
By installing hangers ahead of concrete pours, our team also improves jobsite safety for everyone—eliminating the need for overhead drilling later on.

JOBSITE MAPPING
We use OpenSpace to give our teams and partners a clear, real‑time view of progress on every jobsite. With hardhat mounted 360° cameras, our crews capture site conditions as they work, while OpenSpace automatically maps those images to our floor plans and models—creating a reliable visual record of our installations.
This technology is especially valuable on large‑scale commercial projects, allowing us to compare planned versus actual work and spot coordination issues with other trades early. By reducing guesswork, OpenSpace helps keep crews aligned and projects moving on schedule.
By leveraging tools like OpenSpace, we deliver better coordination, greater accountability, and smoother project execution—helping us maintain the quality and efficiency you expect.

JOBSITE MAPPING WITH DRONE TECH
We developed a professional drone program to capture high-resolution aerial imagery across our jobsites, giving us a true top-down view of our work from the very start. By flying structured waypoint grid patterns, we can create detailed orthomosaic maps—fully stitched images that show the entire site with exceptional clarity.
These orthomosaics are especially valuable during the underground and slab phases of construction. They allow us to document exactly what is installed below grade before concrete is poured, creating a permanent visual record of our work. With consistent captures, we’re able to track progress over time and maintain a complete history of site conditions.
We integrate this data into OpenSpace, where each orthomosaic is aligned with real-world mapping platforms like Google Maps. This creates a fully accurate, real-time representation of the jobsite that can be easily shared with owners, general contractors, and internal teams.

By overlaying our drawings directly onto this imagery, we can clearly demonstrate the precision of our installations and visually communicate the speed of our progress. The result is a transparent view of the jobsite that enhances coordination, builds confidence with partners, and highlights the quality and accuracy of our work.
